The above prices are indicative. I order for me to give you the correct quote for the total solution I might need additional information from you.

In connection with your purchase of a home, there may be tasks that are not included in the above prices. 

If extraordinary conditions arise in the transaction, this will result in additional working hours compared to a usual/average case of the same nature. If this should be the case, you will be informed as soon as possible - and in all cases before additional costs are incurred.

You must, of course, approve extra services before the case is started.

The offer of no trade no fee does not apply in deals where the buyer has chosen to condition the deal on the sale of their own home. If the buyer enters into a purchase agreement that is conditional on the sale of their own home, our services are invoiced upon final approval of the conditional transaction.
